Comfort and cleanliness of the room. The Price was very fair. The COFFEE at breakfast was amazing!!! That should go in the description, Starbucks coffee for breakfast! The front office was always there and very helpful when we needed to get a remote (there wasn't one in the room).

Staff was very friendly and quick with check in and check out. It was busy but they worked well to get everyone attended to and they were very pleasant. It was just us two girls and I felt very safe in the area and in the hotel, so that was important to me. Nice that there was a little balcony. It didn't feel too humid in the room.

Pricing was the best I could find in the area online. I think this was due to heavy road construction nearby. The beds were fairly comfy, and the room was clean. My wife became ill, and we were able to do to a late checkout instead of paying another night so we could go home. The front desk attendant who helped us with that was very friendly.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The decor of the dining area and lobby were very nice. The room was very clean. The pool was very warm and the area was clean. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Milwaukee.

Hotel was clean and good facilities. There was a walkable path inside thr hotel which we liked. Free coffee and light breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Ac in our room was not working so we were upgraded to a suite.

I absolutely loved the room, we had the king suite and it was perfect for our little anniversary mini-cation. The couch was cute and cozy, maybe not the most comfortable long term, but still cozy enough. The bed was phenomenal. We had the best nights sleep here. The pool was on the smaller side, but we had it to ourselves for a few hours which was very nice.

We didn't have the breakfast because it was so busy when we were there, but it looked very nice. Comfortable rooms. Mini balcony was nice to stand out on but housekeeping needs to remember to clean off cigarette butts. Nice area to go for a walk in the morning.

It was very comfortable. The room was nice with a view of the courtyard. The staff were extremely nice. It was close to everything I needed. I've stayed there twice and would highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars for sure 🙂
